Payment of Filing Fees for Civil Matters
A schedule of fees can be found below.
Payment can then be made via credit card. To pay filing fees, please download the Civil Jurisdiction payment information for lodgement fees form and credit card authorisation form and forward the completed forms to SCListing@courts.act.gov.au.
