All probate notices that were published prior to 1 March 2022 will have been published in a daily newspaper generally circulating in the ACT. These notices are not available to view or search on the ACT Supreme Court website.

Probate notices can be searched by the deceased’s name, last suburb of residence or the notice type or date.

For users who have submitted a form to publish a notice, it will publish below. There may be a delay of between 30 minutes to 1 hour before a notice is published.

A copy of the notice can be downloaded by selecting the Deceased’s name and pressing ‘Download as PDF’.
