Trial of Documents for Family Violence Orders
The ACT Courts and Tribunal is trialling a new suite of documents for Family Violence Orders.
The goals of this document trial are to make information about the Family and Personal Violence process more accessible and understandable for people involved, and to save time for stakeholders by providing a resource that will explain the process to their clients.
Two documents have been developed, covering Interim Family Violence Orders for both the Applicant and Respondent, with both documents provided as either an information booklet or an Easy English information sheet.
