Courts Canine Support Program

The ACT Courts have a canine support program aimed at reducing the anxiety levels of court users. This involves a therapy dog and their handler visiting the courts for a few hours per week supporting children, vulnerable persons, victims, and other court users.

If you, or someone you know, are in the waiting areas of the court and are allergic or afraid of dogs please inform a staff member or the handler so that the dog can be removed from the area or kept away from you.
